Sweet Concessions is a full service food entertainment provider hosting lobby bars in Broadway venues, off Broadway locations, and Lincoln Center. Operating since 1986, the company began when founder, Julie Rose, realized there should be more to concessions than off-the-shelf vodka and Milk Duds. A pioneer, innovating drama and excitement out in front, Rose and her team of creative artists have transformed this afterthought business into a booming, profitable, exciting enterprise.

Growing organically from the concessions business has come a stunning catering enterprise known for providing theatrical-quality parties for groups from 12 to 1200. Every detail is taken care of. The latest venture of the company has been the purchase of a café boutique in South Orange, New Jersey where all products for the various locations are now hand made, where lunch can be enjoyed in a visually thrilling space, and where some of the most innovative catering ideas in the tri-state area are created.

Future plans include more theatrical venues, expanded catering services, and fine-tuning the experience that is Sweet Concessions.
